In keeping with our annual tradition, the 2023 Loisaida Festival will represent a culmination of the exciting year-round, multigenerational, educational, artistic, media, arts, and environmental literacy related cultural programming stemming out of the Loisaida Inc. Media and Technology Center.


This year's Loisaida Festival will feature 20+ local organizations and CBOs, local businesses and merchants, city agencies, service providers, museums, artisans, performers, and workshops to engage our residents and the thousands of guests who will visit us.

Plena & Bomba

Kinto Zonó is an 11-piece ensemble consisting of two brass, piano, bass, and full-on percussion bringing the sounds of Puerto Rico with a modern twist and a New York style of playing plena and bomba.

Lower East Salsa is not just a band, but a life changing experience. They present a refreshing new sound, while paying tribute to Salsa Legends.

NaboriNyah

Reggaeton, Urban

NaboriNyah, born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has had music in his blood since birth. His father, a self-taught musician and producer, taught him from an early age the basics of playing percussion instruments, producing and recording his own ideas, writing his own songs, among other skills.

The Spanglish phrase "te textié", which translates to English as "I texted you", defines very much the origins of this duo. Formed by Gilberto Gabriel & Diana Pou, TeTxtié marks a new beginning for this couple that now are not only the artists but also the music producers of their upcoming music. Their sound is defined by a mix of different genres such as: Hip-Hop/Rap, RnB, Jazz and Latin Pop.
