The Code consists of four principles developed over the past twelve years. each principle can be referenced when addressing dysfunctional behavior.

For example, if a student were to make fun of another student's accent or religion, the teacher can point to "Always Show Respect". If a student is giving in to peer pressure, the teacher can reference "Be Yourself".

The 36" x 24" poster includes a signature box for students to sign as a symbol of their commitment to living by the code. The poster can be referenced throughout the year.
