THANKSGIVING FOR YOUR FEEDBACK

Every fall we survey our customers to get individual property and customer feedback as well as overall feedback to assist our service to all clients. We would like to share the data with you. Above is our overall survey marks for both landscape care and customer service. Overall we feel good about our results but did get some very specific and critical feedback from individuals that we are working to address. 


LANDSCAPE CARE: In our landscaping care section, we received the highest marks in shrub care and seasonal color. Conversely, we received lower marks in weed control and irrigation management which we are working to improve.

 

WEED CONTROL: Managing weeds is a great challenge, especially with the overall concern of chemical use. We are working to reduce herbicide use and continue to evaluation we can incorporate environmentally friendly products.


IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT: With the ever increasing cost of water, as well as the sustainable concern of protecting our valuable water resources, water management has become a significant part of our service and area of focused ongoing development. In addition to our partnership with Weathermatic to provide Weather based irrigation, starting in 2024 we will add remote access to our standard service program. We believe the investment in remote access will improve our water management and save customers money in the long term. 

We also are providing many water conservation recommendations to clients including:

·        Lawn conversion

·        Conversion to pressure regulated sprinkler

·        Drip irrigation

·        Coverage improvements


CUSTOMER SERVICE: We are proud that we are easy to do business with and have good relationships with our customs, but we continue to improve our proactive communication and service. 


PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION: We are disappointed to receive this low score as we are focus on being proactive and great communicators as a key aspect of our service. We will be working with our team on this and are dedicated on improving out proactive communication and service.
