Let's Hear It for the Volunteers!
Each year we like to send out a special thank you to individuals who have served our program in some volunteer capacity of 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, and 25 years. Here are the individuals we would like to acknowledge:
3 Years Volunteers:
We have many volunteers who have been with AYSO over the years but this year we have 12 individuals who has been involved for 3 years. Thank you for all your support of the program and we hope that you continue to spread the AYSO principals in years to come. Our three year volunteers are:

5 Years Volunteering:
From our calculation, if you volunteer for two season of AYSO soccer a year for 5 years that equals about 175 hours. That's a long time! Twinsburg AYSO couldn't existing without this kind of dedication. Thank you for all of your help!

15Years of Volunteering:
We have 2 15 year volunteers this year. They are coming both from two different point of views as to what they have done for the program and what they do today for Twinsburg AYSO. Here is to 15 years:
Jennifer Koudelka: Jen today helps on an administrative side with our registration design and helping with the art side of what we send out for recruiting player to sign up. Previously, Jen was an AYSO player for many years; referee, referee mentor and a former AYSO Scholarship winner!
Rich Cola: Rich is our High Schools / Senior Division Coordinator. Rich has coached as many as 3 teams at 1 time (3 kids - 3 teams, it's just that easy)! While Rich is only coaching the Senior Division today, he is also in charge of 20 + players. Having a volunteer like Rich is huge as when it comes to recruiting coaches we could always count on RICH COLA!
20 and 25 Years of Volunteering:
There is a small group of volunteers that have 20 years of service to the program and community. Typically, your own child has aged out of the program but you feel it is a great place to spend your "free" time and give back!
Pete Flauto 20 Years with AYSO: Congrats to Pete! For those who don't know Pete, he has coached his two sons from 4 through the Senior Division and has helped AYSO in many areas from coach training, field set up, managing that the tournaments go off like they should! Pete is a swiss army knife and thank you for what you do for the program and community.
Keith Kneisel 25 Years with AYSO: Keith is one of the referees you see filling in on most of the older age groups. Keith will referee and help with training the refs (and crowd) on the beautiful game! Keith has also coached his two sons through the program - many years ago! In his spare time he also volunteers at the Twinsburg Historical Society. We are very fortunate to have people like Keith in our community.
If you see any of the volunteers listed - just say thank you. And if your coach, other volunteers are not listed - a thanks is well deserved as well, we are sure of that!
