Hi-Speed Controllers

Mettler Toledo Hi-Speed Checkmate and Micromate brand Checkweigher controllers have provided reliable operation to thousands of users for over 25 years.  In 2006, Hi-Speed discontinued manufacturing their Micromate controllers and in 2007, they discontinued manufacturing their Checkmate controllers.  It is critical that our customer's begin to develop a strategy to ensure that their installed Checkmate/Micromate checkweighers or case scales have a migration path to more modern technology to ensure peak performance without unplanned downtime.

We highly recommend all customers with Micromate and Checkmate controllers contact us and schedule a site evaluation.  Once an audit has been performed on your equipment, we can prepare a proposal for you to review.  MD Packaging is here to support all of our customers and we are ready to assist in developing a product migration program to ensure maximum performance uptime and results.

Safeline X-Ray

Safeline is North America's leading X-ray brand and is part of the Mettler Toledo  Product Inspection Division.  Safeline's x-ray inspection systems provide complete operational confidence to food and pharmaceutical manufacturers and their retail channels through innovative technical solutions derived from consumer and industry insights.

X-ray technology is most effective when purchased as part of a well-designed x-ray inspection program.  The objective is to avoid foreign bodies right from the start, not simply catch them before they leave the factory.

Safeline's x-ray inspection systems help to ensure the safety of products by providing unsurpassed detection of foreign bodies such as metal, glass, stone, bone and high density plastic and rubber.   In addition, x-ray systems can simultaneously perform a wide-range of in-line quality checks. These include measuring mass, counting components, identifying missing or broken products, monitoring fill levels, inspecting seal integrity and checking for damaged packaging.
