Thank You HUSKY Health Parents
Even as times are tough, and with the twists and turns of the changing pandemic, you are keeping your children’s oral health a priority.

Thank you for making the effort to keep your children healthy by having them visit the dentist regularly for their routine cleanings, oral assessments, and fluoride treatments (for children up to age 7). February is Children’s Dental Health Month, and, with HUSKY Health, there is no better way to celebrate than by making sure your children’s oral health needs are met.

No children? No problem. Whether you have children or not, now is also the time to make sure your own oral health needs are addressed.

Connecticut Oral Health Heroes Recognized

While many healthcare workers in our hospitals and health care facilities are recognized as heroes for their commitment to patient care – there are also dentists, oral healthcare professionals and community partners who go above and beyond to meet the oral health needs of those in their care. The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership recently awarded four Oral Health Heroes:

  • Ronald J. Albert, DMD, Manchester, CT
  • Linda Conti, RDH BS, Greenwich, CT
  • Nishit R. Modi, DMD, Southington, CT
  • Alexis Tomarelli, RN, Naugatuck CT

Since it is Children’s Dental Health Month, these heroes were selected for their exemplary services to children. In June 2022, we will celebrate oral health heroes for those who provide oral health care and support for adults.
