Dear colleagues,

In follow up to our November 14th email, we are providing more information on the fee structure that will be put in place for Texas College Bridge starting with the 2024-2025 academic year.

Fee Structure Is a Flat Rate Based on District High School Enrollment

Texas College Bridge will be available for a flat rate that is intended to make budgeting simpler and give you the assurance of unlimited access to Texas College Bridge courses for all of your eligible high school juniors and seniors. The cost of the flat rate for each school year is dependent on the district’s high school enrollment from the fall of the previous school year. For example, the 2024-2025 rate is based on the Fall 2023 enrollment snapshot (last Friday in October) for all students in grades 9-12 enrolled in the district.

10% Discount for Early Payment and Multi-Year Commitments

For districts that either commit early or commit for three-years, a 10% discount will be applied to the annual rate. To qualify for the early payment discount, your payment must be received by May 1, 2024. For the multi-year discount, you will need to make your commitment by May 1, 2024 and your first-year payment must be received by July 12, 2024.

What’s Next?

Complete this form by January 31, 2024 to indicate your intent on providing Texas College Bridge during the 2024-2025 school year, including whether you are also interested in making an early or multi-year commitment. Your answer is non-binding but will allow us to plan for next year.

Additional information on next steps and the payment process will be available in early 2024.

Program Improvements Continuing

Coming in early 2024, Texas College Bridge will launch two improvements.

  1. New security tools will give you more control over when students can work in the courses to ensure the integrity of student mastery.
  2. More enhancements to reporting features, including the ability to view the dates certificates are earned and run reports showing certificate earners.

These and other enhancements to the program are part of our ongoing commitment to listen and respond to your needs.
