Meet Amanda Molina!


We are excited to welcome our new Family & Community Health (FCH) Agent, Amanda Molina. Amanda has spent the last year and a half working with AgriLife Extension in the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in Bexar County. She has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Leadership from Texas Tech and a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from American University. She is passionate about educating the community on health and nutrition.”

1)     Add fruits and vegetables to your favorite dishes

2)     Stir fruit into your cereal or yogurt
