is the book I wish had existed when I was going through bone and then breast cancer.  
T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D. (see above) also wrote the foreword to this book.  I hope my story inspires you on your own journey to excellent health. Did you ever try to get your kids to eat their veggies by letting them dip it in ranch dressing? Well, that is exactly how this amazing company was started! The mom of these three good looking guys concocted her own dressings with good quality ingredients and now they are bottled, branded and sold as Tessemae's all natural dressings!

 Cammie also grew up eating lots of veggies and after studying at the Natural Gourmet Institute, in New York city, she hoped to work for a company that has products she can stand behind. After trying all of their products, I love them, too!
