REPRODUCTIVE FREEDOM IS RELIGIOUS FREEDOM

Wednesday, September 4 / 7:00pm

Temple Shalom Sanctuary

Register Here

Not everyone realizes the vital connection between reproductive freedom and religious freedom. Everyone is invited to join together as we view, “Under G-d,” a 22-minute documentary by noted Jewish filmmaker Paula Eiselt, which features the Jewish response to the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision overturning Roe v. Wade. It weaves together the story of a mother and activist in Indiana, a rabbi in Florida, and lawyers around the country fighting abortion bans on the grounds of religious freedom as they seek to protect women - and democracy - by preserving the Constitutional right of separation of church and state. Everyone is invited to come watch this FREE short film. Following the film David Troiano will have a lead a brief presentation and discussion.
