Purchase discounted
multi-year dog tags
Dog owners can save by buying their dog tags by February 28, 2023 at a discounted rate of $20.00 per dog, saving $10.00 per year. This discount also applies when purchasing two-year or three-year tags.
Be a responsible pet owner and learn more about the licensing and control of dogs within the Township.

Tay Township has a two-dog limit and dogs are required to be immunized against rabies. Multi-year tags are available only for dogs with current valid immunization. Proof of up-to-date immunization and a completed application form are required before a tag will be issued.

Winter Parking Regulations

Reminder! Winter Parking Regulations are in effect and run until April 1.

Please do not park your vehicle on or within 3.05 metres (10 feet) of roads between 3:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

We hope everyone is having a great 2023 so far. We had an awesome start at the Library with new programs in January and more to come in February. We would like to thank everyone who attended the Internet Safety Workshops for Seniors with Jennifer from Gateway Learning, check out our newsletter for more information on her One-on-One digital device coaching.
 
Mark your calendars for upcoming events and activities in February including celebrating Black History Month, look for displays in each branch celebrating this important topic.
 
We have a few Valentines' Day themed crafts this month, register soon to reserve your kit. We also now have two book clubs for you to join! All are welcome, come on down and talk about what you love to read.
 
We will be hosting more Covid-19 and Flu Shot Vaccine Clinics, be sure to check in branch, on our Facebook and Instagram pages or visit smdhu.org/getvaccinated for upcoming dates and times.

Kub Kar Workshop
The Port McNicoll Youth Activity Group is inviting you to a Kub Kar workshop! Darren Putnam has volunteered his building skills for this event.

The goal is to hold monthly workshops to build your Kar to race during Portarama!
