April Marks Two Important Anniversaries

The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare, Marketplace, Exchanges) just celebrated its 14th birthday. As many as 133 million people with pre-existing conditions can celebrate the fact that they have access to health insurance not available to them before the ACA.
