Talent Groups would like to recognize our Talent Groups HIT Consultant of the Quarter, Courtney Lipsett, for her outstanding performance and contributions over the last 12 months. Courtney is working at a prominent healthcare institution through Talent Groups on a variety of projects for the Oncology team.

Courtney came into this role with almost 10 years of experience with Epic. She holds multiple certifications including Epic Beacon, Epic Ambulatory, Epic Research Billing tools and Epic Research Clinical Tools. She is responsible for creating deployment strategies to build and implement over 70 protocols for Oncology research. 

Courtney’s managers have shared excellent feedback on her work. They are impressed with her knowledge within Beacon and her ability to interface with different groups. 

She has proven to be an extremely valuable team member and has been selected for additional project work. She has an amazing attitude and dedication to her work which is evident to all who interact with her.
