Tale of Two Women: Stormy & Abby
Women's Conference Comes to NOLA
Wow - talk about two different types of women "leaders" (both from Louisiana) in town this week. Yesterday, porn star Stormy Daniels held her "Swamp Trash" event supporting abortion. This week, the Pro-Life Women's Conference comes to town, led by former Planned Parenthood Director Abby Johnson (subject of the film Unplanned ). Abby knows the truth about the abortion industry like nobody else and is brave enough to share it with the world. I know Stormy and so many others could learn a bunch from brave pro-life women like Abby. Register today for the Pro-Life Women's Conference - see our intern Taylor Gautreaux's invite to the conference below!

For a Pro-Life Louisiana,

P.S. Thanks for contacting the restaurants supporting abortion. We have heard from many of them who have withdrawn their support of Planned Parenthood! More below.
New Orleans City Council, Numerous Restauranteurs Proudly Promoting Abortion
The news out of New Orleans for the past two weeks has been extremely disheartening! First, on June 6, the New Orleans City Council paraded a large group of pro-abortion folks through City Council Chambers and proudly cheered them on before voting unanimously to condemn the Louisiana Heartbeat Bill, passed by the state Legislature and signed into law recently by Gov. John Bel Edwards. Then, early last week we learned that a group of restauranteurs and other business folks were hosting "Just Cause: A Boozy Bake Sale for Reproductive Rights" later this month, with all proceeds going to Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast and the New Orleans Abortion Fund. It's a sad day in NOLA when some of our world-class restaurants are raising funds to help end the lives of living unborn babies!

Legislature Approves Love Life Amendment, Puts it on Presidential Election Ballot in 2020
The Love Life Amendment received final legislative approval, and now you the voter can ensure there is no right to abortion or the taxpayer funding of abortion in the Louisiana Constitution! The Legislature moved the election date from 2019 to 2020, so now the amendment will be on the ballot Nov. 3, 2020, the date of the presidential election. Thank you for contacting your legislators during the session; now please help us educate others on the amendment and its importance!

On June 10, the American Medical Association’s House of Delegates reaffirmed its opposition to the practice of physician assisted suicide by a 392 to 162 vote. This vote is a major development in the fight against the legalization of the dangerous practice of physician assisted suicide.
