We've gone hybrid.

As engineers, we understand there is usually more than one solution to any problem. Oftentimes, it's a hybrid combination of systems that will give us the best result. The problem we've been faced with most recently might be less technical, but it's equally important. How do we assure the health of our employees, while helping them stay efficient, productive and comfortable?

Our solution? A hybrid on-site and remote work schedule. Employees who need to be home are encouraged to do so. Those who are more comfortable in the office can be there too, in small coordinated groups that respect health and safety guidelines.
Our team is our most valuable asset and our focus remains on taking care of them so they can take care of business - and you.

We’re all in this together. And together, we’ll get out.
"Small Projects"
When we partnered up with the SD State Fairgrounds to update the electrical pedestals at the Coyote Campground last year, it was one of those "small projects". Important of course, but not necessarily a glamorous project you'll see featured in our portfolio.

But this week, our perspective changed when we got wind that this campground is now being used to house essential personnel in the fight against COVID-19 in Beadle County.

We're all learning not to take anything for granted these days - and projects are no different. You never know who's life your designs can impact, or just how important your work can be.
Our Perspective
With five offices across four states, our team is spread out on a good day. Social distancing has put us even further apart, but we're determined to stay connected.

Our staff are checking in on social media with their experience so far, whether it's working from home - or keeping their distance at the office.
