Reminder: New Watering Schedule Begins April 3

The City of Cleburne is implementing a year-round, twice-a-week outdoor irrigation schedule with assigned days for all water customers. The new watering schedule, which will begin on Monday, April 3, is part of the City’s water conservation and drought management plans.

Residential addresses ending in even numbers can water on Wednesday and Saturday. Residential addresses ending in odd numbers can water on Thursday and Sunday. Non-residential sites can water on Tuesday and Friday.

Unattended watering or irrigation will not be allowed between the times of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on the permitted watering days. Hand watering or drip irrigation may still occur on any day and timeframe. The use of well water, treated wastewater (effluent) or other alternative water supply sources is also exempt.
