Holy Season & Easter Choir
Do you have a heart for worship? Our choir is currently looking for additional voices to join us for our Holy Season services which culminate on Easter Sunday, March 31. Weekly rehearsals are on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM in the choir room, and there will be a special rehearsal on Sunday, February 25 after the service. Come and join us for this short-term commitment! Also, childcare is always provided during rehearsals for anyone who needs care for children.

Student DNOW Weekend
DNOW 2024 is March 22-24. Our 6th-12th grade students will worship, hear great messages, and spend time in small groups at our host homes. $65 covers all meals, a t-shirt, and other materials for the weekend. Price increases to $75 after 2/29 so register now by clicking the button below!

Vacation Bible School Leaders Needed
Vacation Bible School is the largest children's outreach in the life of our church! We are looking forward to inviting the community to join us as we learn that Truth Comes From God at our Breaker Rock Beach. VBS will be June 10-14 from 9 AM-12 PM and we need your help. New Adult Discipleship Class Begins 3/6
In addition to two other ongoing adult discipleship classes on Wednesday nights, Wally Dedman, Minister for Connections, will begin teaching a study titled "Jesus Revealed: The I AM Statement in the Gospel of John" on March 6. The class will meet in room 209, and the book cost is $10. Join as we explore and experience the profound truth at the heart of the "I AM" statements: that Jesus is light and life, and He calls us to Himself and offers us the hope of the resurrection.

Camp Hawkins Construction Trip
A group will be doing construction work at Camp Hawkins in Mt. Airy, Georgia, on March 7-9. Projects include removing old toilets and installing new handicap toilets, deep cleaning of the kitchen, cleaning dorm areas, and assembling a new grill. The group will depart Tabernacle on Thursday, March 7 at 8:30 AM, and return on Saturday, March 9. Lodging and linens will be provided at the camp at no charge. Participants are asked to bring personal items, tools, and a great attitude. To volunteer, please contact Chuck Griffith at (678) 410-5302.

Camp Hawkins Volunteers Needed
Camp Hawkins is a five-day camp for children ages 8-21 with special needs. We will be sending a group to help at Camp Hawkins from July 2-7. Volunteers are needed to assist in Bible study, sports & recreation, cooking, and laundry. If you would like to volunteer, please call or text Brad Smith at (770) 314-8972.

Save the Date!
This year, Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday on March 24. We will have a special time of worship with The Lord's Supper and led by our choir and orchestra on Maundy Thursday, March 28 at 6:30 PM. Then, we will celebrate the resurrection of Christ on Easter Sunday, March 31. Don't miss these special times of worship!

Annie Armstrong Easter Offering
The Annie Armstrong Offering provides the North American Mission Board with funding for North America ministry. Every gift to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering goes to train, resource, and send thousands of missionaries involved in church planting and compassion ministries across the United States and Canada. The Outreach Coordinating Council has set Tabernacle’s goal for this year at $25,000. Please prayerfully consider your contribution during this Holy Season!

Mid-Week Community Lenten Services
The Carrollton Ministerial Alliance invites you to Mid-Week Lent Services and Lunches on February 21 and 28, and March 6, 13, and 20, at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church. The community worship services begin at noon, followed by lunch.
