A PSALM 83 WAR

I have recently heard talk of a “Psalm 83 War.” I have looked at that Psalm to see what it is about. Keep in mind that many of the Psalms are prophetic. This psalm has prophesied what we have seen since 1948 when Israel once again became an independent nation.
Following the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 A.D., Israel no longer existed as a nation until May of 1948. Immediately, all their middle eastern neighbors making war against them for the purpose of annihilating them. Iran’s president even declared it publicly. Hamas is doing it now with the support of Iran and others.
So, what does Psalm 83 say? Verse 2 says, “For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult, and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.” Verse 4 says, “They have said, ‘Come [together], and let us cut them off from being a nation, that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.’” Verse 5 says, “For they have consulted together with one consent [agreement]. They are confederate [together] against thee.”
Verses 6-10 then names the peoples by their Old Testament names that join in confederacy against Israel.
Verses 11-18 then appeals to Jehovah to defend Israel against its enemies. Verse 17 appeals with “Let them be confounded, and troubled for ever. Yea, let them be put to shame, and perish [so] that verse 18 men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.”
God has defended tiny Israel as they have defeated the attacks by multiple nations all simultaneously against all logical odds, and miraculously, in such a way that God alone could get the glory.
Continue to pray for Israel. The word tells us that all nations of the earth will turn against them, and this is happening even right now. Even Israel’s greatest ally, America, is now turning against them with the current administration and the propaganda taught in our colleges to our future leaders.
Pray for America that the heart of our country will turn back to God and support Israel.

LISTENING TO THAT INNER VOICE

I was sitting at my computer years ago watching a revival that was taking place. I had been in a lot of pain in my joints, and I was believing for a healing. Suddenly I heard the voice of the Holy Spirit speak to me. What I heard was, “nightshade.”
I had never heard of “nightshade.” I did not know what it was. Perhaps it was something you put on a window. Smiles. I looked it up and what I learned was interesting. This is what it said:
Nightshade is a family of plants that includes tomatoes, eggplant, white potatoes, and peppers. Tobacco is also in the nightshade family. Nightshades are unique because they contain small amounts of alkaloids. There is much evidence that nightshades can produce pain mimicking arthritis.
After hearing what the Holy Spirit said to me and researching nightshades, I realized that I was eating a lot of potatoes and tomatoes. I cut them out of my diet and the pain went away.
Over the years I added some tomatoes back into my diet and a few months ago was again experiencing a lot of joint pain. Then, I heard the Holy Spirit say again, “nightshade.” I repented immediately for not following His earlier lead and stopped eating tomatoes. What happened? The pain left.
God wants us to have good health mentally and physically. When we pray, we must listen until he speaks even if what we hear is strange, and then act on it. The best friend we have is the Holy Spirit, and as it says in John 16:13, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into ALL truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”
We cannot go wrong when we listen to the inner voice of the Spirit. I am so glad I listened and now have no pain. Are you listening to that inner voice? It will always line up with the Word of God. Do not discount what He says to you as being odd, it might just save you pain or even your life.

A PROPHETIC WORD
AS GIVEN TO HELEN SANDERS
THE TIME OF EASE IS OVER. For many have been swept up in the time of ease and have not listened to my voice. Oh yes, they say that they are mine, but they have been distracted by so many things. I have called unto them to come to me and sit at my feet and listen, but many have been dull of hearing and have been living the life of ease which is not the way it should be. For I would say that there are changes coming that will bring many in that place of ease to their knees. They will say, Lord, Lord, and I will say I never knew you. For this is the hour to have your lamps full of my oil and the time to be prepared to meet your bridegroom. For in an hour that you do not expect it, I shall come, and it will be too late for many. For have I not said that the times would be as in the Days of Noah? Have I not said that there would be chaos and deception? Have I not warned you and warned you that you must be prepared and ready? Yet many have not listened. My Spirit has wooed and drawn many, but they have refused to surrender their lives. Oh my, it shall be a time of weeping. It shall be a time of wrath like you have never seen. For those that have not listened it shall surely come upon them as in the days of Noah. The door will be shut, and it will be too late. But for those that have listened and stood vigilantly in the armor of God, they shall see the power of God rest upon them, and they shall rise in this hour and do great exploits. They shall be hated and mocked, and many shall lose their lives for my sake. Yet, because they have remained faithful and stood while others lived the life of ease, they shall be rewarded for their faithfulness. They shall see my hand upon them guiding them in what is ahead, and they shall see and do great things for my kingdom. For as the Son awaits His bride, the bride that stands awaits the Son. So, listen, watch, and pray, for things are going to change rapidly.

If a door you’ve had your eyes on suddenly slams SHUTS right in front of you; Then just STOP your banging on it. Now’s the time for you to simply TRUST God that WHATEVER or WHOEVER was behind that door…Obviously was NOT meant for you. So you just leave the door SHUT and PREPARE yourself to MOVE ON. After all God KNEW what you did NOT know and that was something much BETTER is waiting for you…Just BEYOND the DOOR that God Himself CLOSED to you.

Scripture Of The Day
“Then if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to every prayer made in this place.”
2 Chronicles 7:14-15 NLT
The interesting thing about this scripture is that God says “If My People who are called by My name...” That means us, His church. What is God speaking to your heart? Do you need to take time with the Lord to repent of anything. He is there to help you not condemn you. Vs 15 says it all.
Thank you God for showing us what we need to do. We love You Lord. Draw near to us as we confess our sin and repent.
