Happy Summer to all of you! Amongst the daily responsibilities of work, life, family, etc., I truly hope you take a few minutes every day to soak up the sun, “stop and smell the roses”, and enjoy all that this season has to offer. Here at Three Rivers, we have been busy putting the finishing touches on our golf outing, preparing for our member breakfast, and planning ahead for fall events and education. We love bringing these fun and important events to you, our members, and we genuinely enjoy the time that we get to spend with all of you outside of the confines of normal day-to-day operations.

Here are a few dates to remember:

51st Annual Golf Outing, June 22nd (registration closes today)
Member Work Day at Three Rivers, June 26th
Summer Sales Seminar/Food for Thought, July 13th
Annual Member Breakfast, July 19th
Coffee & Collaboration, July 25th

As always, if you have questions regarding your education needs/license renewal deadlines, please contact me. I’m always happy to answer your questions and if I don’t know the answer, I’ll find someone that does.

Keep your eyes out for the launch of our new podcast, "Keeping Up with the Currents: Real Estate Real Talk" coming soon! The members of the Communications & Technology Committee have been hard at work coordinating and recording our first episodes. We are thrilled to bring this new communications tool to our members. Future podcast episodes will cover a wide range of topics related to buying and selling properties, real estate investing, property management, and the happenings here TRAR.

We are planning on releasing 2 episodes per month and will make links to subscribe to our podcast available when we announce our first episode is ready.
