Trans-Bridge Lines to Enforce

New Ticket Policies

Trans-Bridge Lines moved to full reservations in December 2023

Beginning March 1, 2024 Trans-Bridge Lines began strictly enforcing the policies on ticket use as follows:

All One-Way & Round-Trip tickets are valid for the day, time, & run they are booked for only. Tickets may be rescheduled up to 30 minutes prior to travel without a rescheduling fee. If the ticket is scheduled less than 30 minutes prior, there will be a $2 per ticket rescheduling fee.

Passengers are encouraged to arrive for boarding 15 minutes prior & no later than five minutes before departure. After that time, a reserved seat will be opened to a standby passenger.

One-Way & Round-Trip tickets will become null & void after the day, time, & run have passed & will not be eligible for rescheduling or any credits or refunds. An expired ticket may not be used to board the next run or a later run as a standby, however, passengers may use their booked ticket to board an earlier run as a standby passenger, dependent upon seat availability.

Any unused ticket represents the loss of a sold seat on the bus, as space on the bus was being held for you through your purchase. This is the reason that tickets become null & void if not used or rescheduled within the allowable time frame.

Commuter Pass holders are afforded 16 hours past a miss run to reschedule their ticket(s), before they become null & void & not eligible for rescheduling or any credit or refunds.
