Bus Pass Sales UPDATE for May
Due to the impact of COVID-19, TRAFFIX bus pass sales are still ON HOLD until we have a better idea of how the 2020-2021 school year will be structured. We continue to work closely with the San Ramon Valley Unifi ed School District and monitor health orders to determine when and how to best sell bus passes for next school year. Once we know when bus passes will go on sale, we will publish the sales schedule on the TRAFFIX website .

For now, the best thing you can do is to log onto your TRAFFIX account to make sure that all of your account information is correct; mailing address, email addresses, phone numbers, spelling of names, student grade levels, etc. DIABLO RESIDENTS - Please make sure that your Diablo mailing address (P.O. Box) is entered as your primary address (where we will mail your bus pass) and please place your physical address in the notes field. Thanks!
Refund UPDATE for May
Refund. Text on the ropes
On April 21st, the TRAFFIX Board of Directors approved issuing refunds to all current TRAFFIX bus pass holders whose passes are paid in full . Refunds will cover the 49 days of school during which there has been no bus service.

Because we need to issue so many refunds, we are in the process of updating our check printing process to allow for more efficient processing of refund checks. While this will take additional time, please rest assured that if you paid for your bus pass in full , you will receive a pro-rated refund. We ask for your patience as we process all refunds. Again, if you have an outstanding balance, you will not receive a refund.

In addition to allocating funds for bus pass refunds, TRAFFIX is proud to provide the relief funding needed to allow First Student to pay TRAFFIX school bus drivers through the rest of the school year.

CAC Representatives serve as a liaison between TRAFFIX and their respective schools and communities.  We call them our AmBUSadors!

We are currently seeking new CAC Representatives from each of the following schools: Country Club Elementary, Coyote Creek Elementary, Green Valley Elementary and San Ramon Valley High School.  CLICK HERE  to learn more.
