Rain did not dampen the enthusiasm at a recent groundbreaking celebration for Taylor Johnson client Lendlease, which has started construction on FORUM, a $500 million life science building the firm is co-developing with Canada-based Ivanhoé Cambridge. The nine-story lab/office building will rise on one of the last developable parcels in Boston Landing, a 15-acre mixed-use development in the Allston-Brighton neighborhood of the nation’s preeminent life sciences cluster. Taylor Johnson’s event team worked with the joint development team to plan and execute the program, while our PR pros were on-site to host media and secure premium coverage. An exclusive feature story in The Boston Globe touted the prominence of the development within the successful Boston Landing district. The Boston Business Journal also ran a feature on the building and a second story highlighting Lendlease's partnership with MassBioEd to foster workforce development in life sciences.
