PARISH ACTIVITIES

Two Worship Services Begin September 15

We will return to two services on Sunday, September 15: 9 am contemporary service with praise band and 11 am traditional service with pipe organ and choir.

This Sunday! Brunch and Ministry Celebration

We will mark the end of summer with food and fellowship at brunch on September 8 after the 10:00 service. Bring a dish to share if you like.

Our Ministry Celebration is a time to recognize and celebrate all of the many ministry areas at St. Anne and ask folks to prayerfully consider volunteering to help in one or more of our ministry teams. At the beginning of the service, volunteers from many of the ministries will process down the aisle with a symbol of their ministry so everyone can see the impressive involvement and diversity of opportunities to serve.

After the service, instead of our usual Ministry Fair, we will be doing things a bit differently. Since we are having a Brunch following the service, members of the different ministry teams will be visiting the tables to give you a short presentation about their ministry and answer questions. We will have sign up sheets on a table in the Community Room if you would like to volunteer or learn more about any ministry. In addition, there will be a sheet on each table with contact information for the Vestry liaison for the various ministries if you want to take more time to think about your interests and then contact that Vestry member. We are also asking that each person who already volunteers for any ministry to fill out a sticky note and put it on the designated board in the Community Room so everyone can see how many great folks and opportunities there at St. Anne to serve others. Please join us in celebrating Ministry Sunday and adding your time and talents to St. Anne.

New! Friday Fellowship: Tomorrow September 6!

Friday Fellowship this Friday September 6 will be hosted by Marnie Gautsch and

Cheryl McKettrick. Grilled chicken and corn on the cob will be provided. Please bring whatever appetizer, side dish or dessert you would like to share! (Recipes are always welcome!)
