Could it be? Is that the band organ we hear? The beloved 103-year-old Dentzel Carousel is getting warmed up for another wonderful season! This Saturday from 11am - 4pm, join us for Carousel Day to celebrate with carousel rides, live performances, hands-on arts and crafts, and great food.
Adventure Theatre's next production -- Sing Down the Moon: Appalachian Wonder Tales -- opens this Friday night! Come see the charming musical on Carousel Day or through its run ending May 26.
Current Partnership Galleries exhibitions close Sunday, the 28th, and Yellow Barn Studio will hold a Closing Reception in Popcorn Gallery from 5pm - 7pm. New exhibitions will open next Friday during the first Art Walk of 2024; save the date for May 3 from 6pm - 8pm!
Washington Conservatory of Music's Ensemble in Residence, Pressenda Chamber Players, will perform Sunday afternoon at 3pm as part of WCM's Bach Room Concert series. Don't miss compositions by Boccherini and Schubert brought to spectacular life.

Art Walk in the Park is held every first Friday, May through September from 6pm to 8pm. The Glen Echo Park Partnership hosts open studios and artist demonstrations in the Park's many visual arts studios and galleries. Each month features different activities. | | | |

The Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts and Culture requests exhibition proposals from artists for the Popcorn Gallery, Stone Tower Gallery, and Park View Gallery at Glen Echo Park for the 2025 calendar year. We aim to exhibit quality art by artists who represent a broad spectrum of our region, with diverse backgrounds and working in a wide range of artistic media. Deadline is June 5, 2024. |
