Dear Therapeutic Touch Friends and Supporters,
The Therapeutic Touch Community and the Orcas Island Foundation (Indralaya) are excited to let you know that we are inviting Peninah Abatoni to join our annual Therapeutic Touch training and service programs this June! While Peninah is participating in the programs, Indralaya has graciously agreed to cover her registration, food, and accommodation.
For those of you who have not met Peninah, for almost twenty years she has been introducing Therapeutic
Touch training programs to grassroots women’s groups in Rwanda, her home. She has been a guest speaker at three
TTIA Congresses and has dedicated her life to outreach and service work.
The community of Therapeutic Touch practitioners and friends is needed to cover Peninah’s international travel costs, such as airfare, travel visa, and food while enroute.
* Are you able to help with this?
* Do you have travel agency connections?
* Do you have funds to contribute?
Please send your donations to – NWTTI (Northwest Therapeutic Touch Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit TT organization in Oregon.) To make donation go to www.nwtti.org and click on Donation Button on home page. When you make a donation, please include note that it is for Peninah’s travel. Or email Cordy to let her know you have donated to Peninah’s expenses. PayPal automatically accepts funds in US dollars. If you are making a donation from outside the US, you may want to convert first so you aren’t donating more than you thought.
Questions can be directed to Cordy Anderson (cordywa@gmail.com).
(If anyone knows how to donate air miles, please contact Cordy.)
This year’s TT programs at Indralaya include three days for “Foundation” level students (June 8th-12th), Mentoring Programs from June 8th to 14th and week two: Therapeutic Touch as A Path of Consciousness, Healing and Service” from June 17th to the 23rd. As well as contributing to Peninah’s expenses, we invite you to join us at Indralaya! For more information: www.indralaya.org.
In Gratitude, Wholeness, Harmony, and Hope,
Indralaya Teaching Collective
