Welcome to the YBOA NY PRE-NATIONAL QUALIFIERS. !
There are no boundary or border restrictions for teams participating in a NY Qualifier. These tournaments are held in various regions of the country with the purpose of qualifying teams for the YBOA National Championship. All first place teams earn a FREE entry into the YBOA National Championship
We’re glad you have joined us for this exciting event! The is part of the YBOA NEW YORK CIRCUIT! After the event you will get an update on the YBOA POWER RANKINGS ! We wish your team the best of luck and hope you enjoy your stay. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact one of my staff. We want to make your participation an enjoyable and rewarding experience. We had a bunch of requests and tried our best to accommodate them. Games will be at EDISON TECH (655 COLFAX STREET, ROCHESTER NY 14606). So please check schedule carefully as it could possible change up until game time.

UFBA is excited to offer our teams a free service for all events. You and your entire team can receive real-time scores and game updates on your phone throughout the tournament. This free service is available to all coaches, parents, players and guests.
To receive a text on your cell phone with game results and next game information:
1. Text your Team ID Number to 585-487-8770
2. Your Team ID Number is located on the game schedule next to your team name.
3. You will receive texts with your team’s scores and next game information upon completion of every game.
4. Sign up to follow scores and results of as many teams as you would like (separate ID numbers with comma). Check schedule everyday until tip off!
5) Please check your times and locations of all games and arrive early to sign in. If you have multiple teams, please inform each team of time. Each team will have at least TWO games on sat and Playoff games on Sunday. If you are at different gyms please make sure you know directions from site to site.
6)At each site there will be STAFF members in a UFBA shirt. The director, Walter Kemp Jr can be reached at 585-490-5253.. TALK WITH THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS FIRST.
7) The Rules are attached and posted on the websitewww.upstatefranchisebasketball.com Admission for ADULTS is $15 Saturday, $15 Sunday per day or Weekend Pass $25 and $10 for children 5-13, . Children 4 and under are free. These are daily prices. Click here to PURCHASE ADMISSIONS TICKETS ONLINE. You will need to show a wristband every time you enter the gym. Concession stands and t-shirts will be available at most sites. T-shirts are LIMITED so PLEASE get them early.- Please pass to parents.

8) Please check the website for updates every day. NOTE, if you are the first team listed you are the HOME team and you will need someone to be the OFFICIAL BOOK and the second team listed will be the AWAY team and will need to do the SCORE CLOCK. HOME TEAM will wear light jerseys and AWAY TEAM will wear dark jerseys. Requests were taken into consideration and we did our best to accommodate them. If you have back to back games you will receive a 15 min break in between games if you want.
