Important Updates

Children's ASK Day*

Asking one question might save a child's life.

ASK (Asking Saves Kids) Day serves as a reminder to all caregivers to ask if there is a firearm inside the home where their kids will be playing and if it's stored, locked and unloaded. It's also a reminder for all families to secure their own firearms within their home.

Our ASK Day tip sheet helps make these conversations easier.

Share with your staff and families to help keep the kids in your community safe.

2024 Annual Dues Collection Beginning in June

TCCN Primary Care Members,

It is time for TCCN to conduct our annual member dues collection. For the last several years, each practice’s dues have been covered by distributions from our value-based contracts. As mentioned in the 2023 surplus distribution announcement, this year each practice will need to submit a payment to TCCN rather than the dues being taken out of a future distribution. It should be noted that future distributions should more than cover the cost of your annual dues. We are expecting to send out the 2024 dues invoices in June.

Please note that there are two components of your membership dues:

  • The TCCN Administrative Services Fee is $475 per community physician. This amount has been the same since 2020.
  • The TCCN Contract Participation Fee is $110 per physician per fee-for-service contract that you participate in through TCCN. As a reminder, the two major TCCN fee-for-service contracts currently in place are Anthem and CareSource.
  • We do not charge for the direct-to-employer contracts (QuikTrip, Cherokee County, Northside Health Network) at this time.

Starting this year, we are offering two methods for payment. You can still mail a check to TCCN, but you now have the option to pay electronically through ACH. If you would prefer to pay electronically going forward, please send an updated 2024 W-9 and completed Supplier Information Form to Sahdeja Serieux. At the bottom of the form, you can select “Electronic Bank Transfer via Bank of America” under Payment Preference. Once your information is processed, your A/R contact will receive an email regarding the secure Paymode-X ACH portal where they can enter your practice’s banking information. This will also enable you to receive future TCCN distribution payments electronically.

If you have any questions about your dues, please contact your TCCN Provider Relations Representative. Thank you for your continued support!

Quality Programs

Spring 2024 Clinical Quality Forum

Exploring New Frontiers: Care Management

Thank you to everyone who attended the virtual Clinical Quality Forum on April 11. This module was the official kick-off for our Care Management program.

If you were not able to attend live, we highly encourage you to watch the recording via this this link (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DNS67VC) or the QR code below to receive your TCCN participation credit.

The recording is roughly one hour. If you attended live, there is no further action needed for your practice to receive credit. As a reminder, at least one provider from each practice must participate in one educational event in 2024, and this event fulfills that requirement.
