Car Line/Scholar Pick Up

  • If you need to pick up your scholar from the front office, it must be done before 2:30pm. After 2:30pm you will only be able to pick up your scholar through the car line with the exception of Aftercare.

  • All aftercare parents picking up scholars must park and pick up their scholar in the front office. Please do not go through carline.

  • Parents of walkers must wait outside. Waiting in the lobby is not permitted.

  • Morning car line will close promptly at 8:25am

  • Afternoon car line will close promptly at 4:15pm. Our goal is to have carline closed by 4:00, so we will be closing as early as possible, but no later than 4:15.

  • A friendly reminder that car line stretches around the corner by the flag pole to cone/gate 1 for drop-off. Keep moving in the morning until all the traffic stops.

  • Have your children ready to exit quickly.

  • Please, please for the safety of our children, turn right onto Cove Road when you exit.

  • Do not park on Legacy Cove property. Do not use either of their entrances to turn around or drop off.

Our staff is working hard to cut down the time it takes to complete car line. In order to do so, we need to hold everyone accountable. Therefore, you can expect the following actions to be taken if the afternoon car line times are not followed:

  1. First time, warning
  2. Second time, call from administration
  3. Third time, your scholar will be sent to extended day, which will result in a one time drop in fee of $50.00.

The Night Games

The Upper School House System will be hosting its first event of the year!

The Night Games are for scholars in grades 6th-11th and will take place on September 13, 2024 from 6:30-9:30 PM. The evening will consist of dinner and games and laser lights galore! The cost of the event is $20 and that price includes dinner.

Click here for registration (payment is required as part of registration.)

All interested 6th through 11th graders are invited to apply for the yearbook staff. We will meet on Tuesday afternoons right after school and will dismiss at 5:00pm starting on September 24th and will meet most Tuesday's throughout the school year.

There are only 12 spots available and applications are due by Friday, September 13th. Download the application here. Your scholar may bring it to the front office or you may email it to Mrs. Borzillo. We look forward to creating a yearbook that our scholars will cherish for a lifetime.

Congressional Youth Art Contest (Grades 3-5 and Grades 6-8).

 This year’s theme is “Transportation”.

Scholars with entries grades 3-5 can bring their entry along with the entry sheet to Mrs. Sanderson and grades 6-8 to Mrs. Burnam. The deadline is October 30th. No artwork will be accepted after this deadline.

Cross Country: Click here for event schedule

Competitive Cheer: Thank you Aerial Elite for allowing us to practice at your amazing new location!

Please note: your scholar may NOT play for a county school team if TCCA offers that sport and age group. If you have questions about what sports TCCA will be offering this year, please reach out to Danielle Sinatra.

School Supplies:

We will provide these supplies to your scholar and you do not need to purchase any supplies. However, IF you have not paid the $75 fee per scholar, please use this link to pay. You may also send in a check made out to "TCCA." The school supplies program works best when every family participates. If you need financial assistance, please contact Mr. Greene.

Please consider supporting the PTC mission of collaborating with families to create initiatives that celebrate and support our school and community by paying for a membership here or by check (in memo line: PTC membership.)

Do you have a business you’d like to share with our TCCA community? Please fill out this form. We will post your information via link on the PTC website and in the school newsletter next month.
