ECC PARENT BOOT CAMP PART 1: Led by Michelle Princenthal

An important element in any quality child care program is social-emotional development. There are many ways to promote social-emotional development in children such as playing games, taking turns, singing, and sharing. However, at TAE Jewish values and spiritual identity also play an important role.

I am excited to introduce a new virtual parent boot camp program based on Michelle Princenthal's Values for Every Day Living: Mussar for Children which will be launched February 10th. This program will provide opportunities in school and at home to facilitate spiritual, moral, and ethical growth! With the assistance of a generous grant from the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, TAE will implement a multifaceted plan to bring the best of Jewish values to our children, families, and community.

I look forward to sharing Part 2 of our parent education boot camp program with you in next week's newsletter.

TAE welcomes all who are interested in joining our community. We were raised in different Jewish denominations or raised without affiliation; raised in other faiths or without religious affiliation; married, single, widowed, interfaith, interracial, or LGBTQ. We are all ages, abilities, views, and orientations. We are together now in one congregation, one extended family. We offer support in times of need, joy in times of celebration, and at all times trust, friendship and community.
