Entering the school one has already become familiar with Synergetic™️ myofascial techniques and body-mechanics and is prepared to learn Synergetic™️ Structural Integration. See prerequisites listed on website.

This certification training is based on the work of Ida Rolf and what is known as the 10 series.

We have designed this program to be easily completed over 6 months period of time. Classes are held in-person on 3-day weekends once a month. Home-study is also a part of the program with videos included in an on-line format. 

We finish this transformational process with a practical as well as a written exam. Upon completion, you will be a certified Synergetic™️ Structural Integrator - CSSI.

The location of the entire course will be held in Birmingham, AL at Hilton Garden Inn Liberty Park. Information about room rates will be available soon.

Your Teachers:

Magnus Eklund is a KMI trained Structural Integrator and received his Advanced SI practitioner training at the Guild for Structural Integration with Emmet Hutchins the protégé of Dr. Ida P. Rolf. He has been in practice as an LMT since 1994 and a CE provider since 1999. He was an official member of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics medical team and has a thriving practice in Biloxi, MS., going on 30 years. Magnus has had an interest in movement from early in his life and excelled as a tennis athlete. A back injury, in 1993, as a tennis professional, introduced him to structural integration. After a year of chronic low back pain, he received 10 sessions with an SI practitioner which, allowed him to regain free use of his body again. This is what led him to pursue studies with Tom Myers of Anatomy Trains™ and become a certified structural integrator.

The certifying program was developed in 2013 to certify LMT’s in Synergetic™️ Structural Integration. It is approved by NCBTMB and many state boards and offered in various cities in the U.S. and not in one fixed location.

Magnus works with a wide range of clients, from professional athletes in the NFL, to the everyday office worker or injured individual on the road to recovery. He utilizes Synergetic™️ Structural Integration to improve performance, flexibility and mobility. 

Magnus is committed to providing the absolute highest quality healing work through his continued studies and certifications of fascia and movement. Among these certifications include ISSA personal trainer, Corrective Exercise specialist, and a RYT-200 yoga teacher. Magnus is a pioneer, being the first Structural Integrator in the state of Mississippi as well as the first yoga studio owner on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Bobbi Eklund utilizes hands-on bodywork and energetic therapies in her sessions, including Synergetic™️ Structural Integration, Body Talk, and lymphatic work. As a Body Awake©️ Yoga teacher, Energy Codes©️ Coach, and Edgar Cayce Institute Regression Therapist, Bobbi addresses the communication systems within the body, mind, and energetic field to facilitate change for the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being. 

Bobbi has been a massage therapist for over 30 years. She launched her own massage school in 2010. She now teaches continuing education alongside her husband, Magnus Eklund. Having lived in Italy for almost a decade, where she graduated from New Age School of Shiatsu, Bobbi learned that we all have one thing in common, we want to feel good. “My own challenges in life caused me to turn inward for solutions which allowed me to clear up the influences of my DNA, patterns of behavior, and thought processes that I wasn’t even aware of. I worked consciously for the skills I possess today to help others move forward in this game of life”.
