BILL NO. 214

Appropriates $25 million from the General Fund to fund the "Local Employers' Assistance Program" (LEAP) Act of 2021 established by Executive Order No. 2021-25. Virtual Public Hearing scheduled for 9:00 am on Monday, November 1st. Written testimonies should be addressed to Sen. Joe S. Seeks to change the commercial leasing of public real property from a five year lease to ten years.

BILL NO. 216

Increases Governor's transfer authority in FY2022 to direct $37.5 million from the General Fund for the "Local Employers' Assistance Program" (LEAP) Act of 2021.
