Word on the Street The Excelsior Springs Area Chamber of Commerce announced this week that they're going to have a Carnival this coming week starting on Thursday and running through Saturday night! The Carnival will be where it normally is off Jesse James Road, in the Empire Electric and Talented Tots parking lot!
