Mirroring the rise of outside temperatures, topics for indoor class discussion are heating up! Presidential immunity, elections, special counsel investigations, regulatory agency authority, ethics and public corruption, gun control, voting rights, and legislation targeting the homeless are among the many items making headlines as the Supreme Court has concluded its session.

Just added to our own schedule, on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 10:30am via Zoom, Martin Flaherty will conduct his much-anticipated Supreme Court Roundup (Course 12663), analyzing the most notable cases from this year's Supreme Court term. The recently announced decisions will undoubtedly feature prominently in his presentation. Ample time will be reserved for audience Q&A.
