Supra ActiveKEY Is Retiring.
Here Are Some Next Steps You Can Take.
As previously communicated directly from Supra, due to older technology, your ActiveKEY is retiring.
If at this time you have chosen not to upgrade to the eKEY app on your smartphone, then the following options are available to you:
Option 1: Upgrade NOW to eKEY

Through Tuesday, November 3, make your move and upgrade to the Supra eKEY app without paying your ActiveKEY invoice by using this mail order form with MLS PIN.
Note: After November 3, you will need to pay your current key’s outstanding invoice before upgrading to the Supra eKEY app. You will receive a refund of the unused portion of the old ActiveKEY fee directly from Supra in 6 – 8 weeks.
Option 2: Pay for your ActiveKEY and keep using it until December, 31, 2020

To avoid interruption of your current key service due to non-payment of the invoice, please pay the Supra invoice by Tuesday, November 3. Below are the payment options made available by Supra to allow you additional time before your key is officially retired on December 31, 2020.
To make your payment for your key invoice to Supra, they offer the following options:

  1. SupraWEB (www.supraekey.com). Keyholders can make payments or update account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  2. Call Supra’s “pay by phone” at 1-877-699-6787. This automated payment line is available 24/7 as well.
  3. If preferred, you can reach a Supra billing representative at 877-699-6787, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 8 pm.
Option 3: Cancel your lease with Supra

Use of the Supra system is optional, so your third choice would be to cancel your key by completing this cancellation form and emailing it to lockbox@mlspin.com. Once you receive the cancellation confirmation in your email, you may dispose of the key and its’ components.
