We are devastated by the news of the earthquake that struck Haiti on August 14th. This is a time of great pain for our local Haitian community and our hearts are with our brothers and sisters in Haiti. As a community foundation, we value the knowledge and leadership of organizations with experience and boots on the ground. In response, the Coral Gables Community Foundation will provide support from our Community Response Fund to organizations responding to the greatest needs by providing relief to those impacted. Below is a growing list of organizations we encourage you to learn more about by visiting their linked websites. We hope you will follow our lead and support our neighbors in Haiti by donating to this growing list. Thank you for standing together yet again in a moment of need.
