As a participant in the John Hancock Marathon Non-Profit Program for the past 14 years, Metro Housing|Boston has raised more than $500,000 to support our mission of helping families and individuals reach housing stability and economic security.
The 125th Boston Marathon will take place on Monday, October 11, 2021. Team Metro Housing - Lindsay Bahal (center); Kate Henderson (lower right); Margarita Duncan (lower left); Rob Thompson (upper right); and Carolina Sholl (upper left) - have been training hard to prepare.
Training for this marathon has been challenging for the runners as they have dealt with severe heat in June, a very rainy July, and now more severe heat in August.
We admire their determination as they train and raise money to help Metro Housing meet the needs of those facing housing instability.
