From the point of sale through closing, the mortgage loan process requires a strong team effort. Along with the loan officer, there are generally processors, closers and post closers who all play a vital role in keeping the loan moving forward effectively and efficiently. By adding the Team Members feature, you will now have more access and functionality to every role assisting in the loan process.
Team Members can be assigned to a specific loan officer or multiple. Once assigned, Team Members will gain access to loan applications within IBMC Bridge for each designated loan officer. Some of the key features and functionality additional team members will have access to are:

Notifications — Provide team members with access to manage and receive notifications based on their team member assignments and LOS loan file assignments.

Chat — Access Chat through the IBMC Bridge App. This will allow real-time chat communication from the team member to the borrower(s).

Access to the Loan Details page — The Loan Details page gives team members access to existing features previously only available to an LO. It allows them to share the mobile app; view the loan application; generate pre-qualification and pre-approval letters; manage the borrower task list; track and update milestone progress; and send push notifications.

Once Team Members is enabled on your account, company admins will be able to manage new users via the web portal dashboard by selecting “Manage Users” then “Users” and “Add New Team Member Users.”
