The February Customer of the Month is Lucille Graham of Waterloo.
Lucille (pictured at right with her daughter, Angel) first discovered Hansen's Dairy in Waterloo when rewarding her daughter for doing well in school.
"The ice cream is the bomb. We love it for parties and special treats for the family," Lucille says, noting that her favorite ice cream flavor is strawberry.
Not only does she love the variety and taste of Hansen's products, but the store is welcoming as well. "The staff is very friendly, and it's a pleasant atmosphere," she says.

The February Cow of the Month has an angry face but a friendly demeanor.
Apple Snapple is just over 2 years old, and has given birth to one bull.
Apple Snapple has a similar look to her mother, Apple Chip (a previous Cow of the Month winner) — they both have that grumpy face. However, their personalities don't match their appearance! Snapple is a sweetheart to work with. She's quite large for her age and will be a big cow when she's full-grown. She also loves to lick her humans!

You can cut these Pigs in a Blanket into bite-sized chunks for the big game on Sunday, or serve as a warm treat after the kids get done playing in the snow. You can use a variety of pre-cooked meats, cheeses, or breads available at Hansen's Dairy Stores, too.

- 1 pkg Edgewood Locker Honey Pineapple Pork Sticks*
- 6 slices Big Sky bread*
- Half block or more Butterkaese Cheese*
*Items that can be purchased at Hansen’s Dairy Stores

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Shred cheese.
- Lay out slices of bread. Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese on each slice, then lay a pork stick in the middle of each bread slice. Gently fold each slice up, around the pork stick, leaving the top open.
- Place in a square or rectangle baking dish so each bread slice maintains its folded shape. Sprinkle with more cheese.
- Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted to your taste.
- Enjoy!
