Below are details on our next three events:

October 22nd TMC A-Mountain Half-Marathon events

November 4th Grand Canyon Trail Half Marathon and 5k

November 18th El Tour de Tucson 5k Run/Walk

What do they all have in common? Each charity run is paired with fun-filled activities -- so whether you're rolling solo or bringing the whole family, you get stunning race courses, live music, local discounts, great food, and awesome souvenirs.

We'll start with an update on the El Tour 5k event weekend, including more details on the race day schedule.

Remember: prices go up on October 1st, so save some bucks and snag your spot at these awesome events!

Event Details

• All finishers receive the commemorative El Tour medal (see below)

Saturday, October 21

11:00 am 1:00 pm Packet pickup and registration at The Running Shop, 3055 North Campbell Ave

7:00 pm - 10 pm: Flam Chen and InRave Flow For the Soul at the Mercado Annex, suggested $10 donation



Sunday, October 22

5:30-6:15 am Packet pickup and registration at the Mercado Annex

6:00 am: Planned pre-race stretch and warmup

6:30 am: Start for the TMC Half-Marathon and the TMC 4-Miler

7:00 am: Approximate start time for Legion of Mario, the main stage band in the Annex + Opening of Decibel, the Annex coffee shop

8:00 am: Approximate opening of Westbound Bar and Bottle Shop, with discounted drinks for participants

8:15: Approximate start time for the free COX Family Mile and SAR FitKidz Mile

9:30 am: Approximate start time for awards, courtesy of TMC and the Running Shop

11:00 am: Approximate cut-off time for half-marathoners

4:00 pm: Approximate start time for 23 Miles of Mexican Food festival taking place at the Mercado Annex - tickets here

Grand Canyon Trail Half Marathon and 5k



Saturday, November 4

Tusayan, Arizona near the South Rim

This course is a challenging but beautiful forested run adjacent to the Grand Canyon National Park, with tree-lined cliffs, a criss-cross under historic railroad tracks, and possible wildlife sightings. 

Don't miss this chance to snag the celebrated race souvenirs, then visit the glorious Grand Canyon.

It was a great experience for my first half marathon. The shirt and completion medal were great. All the people who organized and volunteered for the event were supportive and so friendly:) I had a great time!!!!
