Message from the Director

I hope Labor Day brings you an opportunity to catch your breath after the first week of classes. While it’s often a time for family barbecues and markdowns of all sorts, it can also be a time of gratitude for the labor movement. While many of us pour extra hours into our careers, the standard of a five day work week and an 8 hour work day are a societal norm. Wishing you a safe and rejuvenating Labor Day weekend,

Beth Barrie

Vice Provost for Teaching & Learning Innovation
