Holiday Lights Discount

Exterior permanent lighting is trendy, and many neighbors in Suncrest have it installed in their homes. As a reminder, there is a difference between permanent lighting and temporary lighting. Permanent lighting must be professionally installed underneath the eaves of your home, shielded and downward facing, per the SunCrest Design Guidelines.

Lite Up Utah offers a discount for SunCrest Residents and follows all the guidelines!

If you would like to install permanent lighting, please complete the application beforehand by following the link above. Lights can be illuminated on the day of Holidays, game days, or between Nov 15 and Jan 15.

RV Season Ends

Sept 30

RV season is coming to an end! If you were approved to park your recreational vehicle at your home, the season ends on September 30. Please begin looking for places to store your RV. If you were not approved for this, please remember that you cannot park RVs at home, in the driveway, or on the street.

Apres Ski Casino Night

Don't miss out on this year's casino night! Test your luck at our Casino Night. Come dressed in your best old-school Apres-ski party outfit! Food and alcohol (and non-alcoholic drinks) will be served, so get a babysitter for a fun-themed date night! 7 - 8 pm will be instructional. 8 - 10 pm is open to playing Roulette, Texas Hold 'Em, and Blackjack. Please note: There will be no outside drinks allowed.

Fall Community Yard Sale

Sept 23 | 9 am - 1 pm

SunCrest would like to invite you to the Community Yard Sale. You can select to set up your display at the Village Green or your property address. Please bring your blankets, tables, and supplies you need to set up your display if you plan on participating. You must take what you do not sell; no items can be left on HOA property. We have had items left at the park in the past, and the HOA cannot take items to the dump.
