FRESH, LOCALLY GROWN SWEETCORN IS BACK!

Grown in Illinois just south of Chicago on Smit's Farm, we pick it up from the farmer's market, shuck it and sell it until it's gone. So sweet and tender, the perfect summer side dish. Ask us how to cook it on the grill.

FRESH CEVICHE

A delcious treat in the heat, ceviche generally needs to be eaten the day it's made, so we do it for special orders only - 48-hours notice, to be sure we can get in the fish - a combination of your choice of fresh fish or shellfish, plus fresh herbs, vegetables and lime and/or lemon juice. Perfect starter for an outdoor dinner party. Call to place an order - 630-887-4700. Price depends on seafood used. Suggested choices: tilapia, mahi mahi, snapper, branzino, shrimp, tuna, salmon. Prices range from $16.95/lb - $38.95/lb.

It doesn't take a lot of this wonderful pesto to make a grilled fish dinner truly special - just brush it on during the last minute of cooking. Made with fresh locally grown basil, bought from the farmer's market. This is also great on pasta, shrimp, burgers, toast points, it's just good.

Enjoy this fabulous sandwich at home for dinner - we provide bun, salmon dredged in blackening spices (REGULAR OR SALT FREE), our fresh coleslaw topping and a small container of aioli. Just sauté in a little olive oil, lightly toast your bun, and put it together. Your family will thank you!

Because so many of our customers have asked if they could get their seafood entrees already cooked, we've decided to offer many of your favorites ready to eat. Pre-orders are required, so we can have it hot and ready for you when you get here to pick it up. What could be better! Tell us what you want! When the season starts, we may do soft shell sandwiches - yummy!

We have done an oyster bar for a party in Hinsdale, and a lobster tail birthday party in Kenilworth. 

And during Covid we did a socially distanced wedding reception with individual lobster boil dinners.
