Our Employment Connection Day on June 13th was a resounding success, beautifully exemplifying this belief, with 200 enthusiastic attendees coming together to network and grow. Job fairs play a vital role in our community by offering a platform for individuals to highlight their skills, explore new career paths, and connect with potential employers and community partners.

Naturalization Ceremony

On July 1st, we experienced a deeply emotional moment as Centro hosted its first naturalization ceremony for new American citizens. Congratulations to everyone on this remarkable achievement; we wish you a future filled with opportunities. This event highlighted our role as a healing space for the community, providing a supportive environment for individuals to start their lives as citizens of the United States. Our heartfelt thanks go to Ben Baltes, Shelene Zárate, U.S. Representative Mark Pocan, John Pruhs, USCIS Milwaukee, Judge James Peterson, Fabiola Hamdan, our executive director Karen M. Coller, and our dedicated immigration team, including Jacqueline Suárez, Eddy Villacis, and Karen Pérez-Wilson, for making this possible. Together, we are building a brighter future for all.
