News U Can Use

St. Luke’s Missions department and Circles U.S.A. have partnered once again to send a team to Bread for the World’s Advocacy Summit. Our team met directly with Florida leaders to tell their stories and advocate for a future free of food insecurity. Our Florida team received praise from staffers from Bread for the World and in our Capitol Hill Meetings who saw the amazing work that St. Luke’s and Circles was accomplishing in Central Florida.

Click here to join us in combating food insecurity by crafting your own letter with Bread for the World. The link provides information on Bread’s policy priorities and automatically addresses it to your personal Representative and Senator. Using Bread’s template, you can incorporate your own stories and personal insights to demonstrate the importance of this issue to our leaders.

With hurricane season upon us, St. Luke's is preparing to be available if needs arise. We need a team ready to respond if a storm hits our area.
