Summer and Suicide Risk
Many believe the winter months have the highest suicide rates.  The warmest months actually have the highest.
As we plan our vacations and look forward to enjoying some lazy days of summer, remember there are families and individuals facing tremendous emotional challenges.

The Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas is here all summer, day and night, to take calls from survivors of suicide (those who lost a loved one to suicide) and from anyone in suicidal crisis.  We urgently need your help to maintain crisis intervention specific to suicide in our North Texas communities and beyond.  Please consider a donation of your time, your money or both.

We need you.
Help us save lives this summer.
