July 23 - "Roots and Wings"

Many families this summer are preparing their teens for the next step after high school, including college, trade school, work or a pause. Practicum student Meghan Roth Clayton will encourage and empower parents and guardians to navigate these transitions. You will leave with tools to prepare yourselves and your family for this time of change.

August 27th - "What is the Help that Helps?"

It can be difficult to know how to best help and support a loved one with a mental health issue. Becky Glass, Executive Director and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist will inspire you to develop some guiding principles to help get you started in providing the help that helps!
