Summer Reading

Summer Reading!

June 29th - August 17th

Ages 3-13


Earn weekly prizes by reading, attending programs & library activities, and completing a weekly BINGO challenge on Beanstack.org!

NOTE: Prizes earned each week must be picked up

between Monday and 4:45pm on Friday of the week

in which they are earned.


Each week features a different adventure theme:

Sunday 8/4

Family FunDay Sunday

between 1:00 & 4:00PM

Families


Families are invited to drop in on Sunday afternoons anytime between 1:00 and 4:00PM for some quality time together with your child. A self-guided craft or activity based on our weekly theme will be available each week.

Monday 8/5

Silly Songs and Stories

@ 10:30AM

Ages 0-3

Sing, dance, play, and listen to stories! This program is 30 minutes of songs and stories followed by 30 minutes of free play.

Kids Movie Monday

@ 1:00PM

Ages 4 & up

Join us in the meeting room for a fun kid's movie! Child must be accompanied by an adult parent/guardian.

Story Adventures

Ages 8-13

Children ages 8-13 are invited to kick off each week of summer

with story adventures planned around the theme of the week. 

Week 6 will feature undersea tales.

Play and socialize with other kids and caregivers at this unstructured free play time. 

Yummy Stories

Join us for a story and a yummy no-bake treat that you make yourself based on our story of the day.

Science Adventures

Children ages 8-13 are invited to explore a different science based activity each week with Miss Pam. The activities will tie in with the theme of the week.

Teen Advisory Board is open to teens in 7th Grade to 12th Grade. Our year-round volunteering group decides on new activities for the library and makes public events for children and their own age groups.
