Town Hall hours Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm (currently open by appointment only) (425) 455 - 1834 l WEBSITE PARKING: Residential parking is allowed along town right-of-way between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Commercial parking is allowed along town right-of-way immediately in front of the serviced residence between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and between 9.00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Saturday.  CONSTRUCTION: activities causing noise exceeding 55 decibels are permitted only during the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. No construction is allowed on federal holidays.

Wetherill Nature Preserve: Volunteers Needed

Wetherill Nature Preserve board is announcing a call to Yarrow Point and Hunts Point residents to join the Friends of Wetherill team for on-going maintenance projects in the preserve. Work parties are planned for the first and third-of-month Saturday mornings through the summer and autumn months ahead.  Individual level of participation will, of course, be on an open and as-available basis. Team coordinator David Bergey will conduct an indoctrination meeting and work party in the preserve on Saturday July 10 at 9:00 a.m. Interested participants are requested to respond by e-mail to David at dmbergey@msn.com.

Pickleball

The Town's sport courts now offer pickleball! The courts have recently been painted to include pickleball court lines and movable nets have been added. If you would like the code to the net locks, please email depclerk@huntspoint-wa.gov with your name and address. Please be mindful of your fellow neighbors and remember that the courts are for the enjoyment of Hunts Point residents and their accompanied guests.

USPS Mail Hold

Mail theft continues to be rampant throughout the region. Even locking mailboxes are sometimes not enough to dissuade thieves. If you are going out of town and unable to check your mail, be sure to set up a Mail Hold online at www.usps.com/holdmail.

Town Hall Reopening

Town hall will reopen to the public sometime in September. Until then, appointments can be made by contacting Town hall staff.

2nd Round of Milfoil Spraying

The 2nd round of milfoil spraying is tentatively scheduled for the week of July 19th. Please keep an eye out for a follow up email confirming the date as well as more information on any watering restrictions.
