SUMMER NEWS

JULY 2024

Dear Friends,

With expanding programs and new initiatives underway, we are grateful to be able to support the health of our communities while improving the quality of life for thousands of New Jerseyans. In this newsletter we share recent highlights of work together and preview a few of our upcoming events.

At CPC we are committed to the health of our communities by removing barriers & eliminating stigma so that access to mental healthcare is available to anyone whenever and wherever they need it. Central to our mission is our integrated, whole-person approach which ensures that health is improved in multiple, interconnected, biological, behavioral, social and environmental areas. Rather than just treating specific disorders like behavioral health or physical health independently, CPC's approach focuses on restoring health, promoting resilience and preventing diseases over the life span.

We can not do this work alone so we especially thank our many dedicated staff members, volunteers, community partners and fellow non-profit agencies who collaborate in our shared purpose together. We also thank you--for your support and involvement which helps our neighbors live healthy, meaningful, productive, and connected lives in their communities.

Sincerely,

Vera Sansone

The programs, which are designed to strengthen our communities are: "ARRIVE" - Responses to Reduce Instances of Violence & Escalation, Link2Care and the Restart Diversion Program.
