IW - Insulated Wire, US
Founded in 1970, IW developed a unique PTFE lamination process and applied it to manufacturing wire and cable. This process allowed IW to manufacture products of unprecedented reliability along with smaller diameters. Combining the new lamination process along with a patented shield design allowed IW to become one of the leaders in low loss microwave transmission lines, utilizing both solid and expanded PTFE dielectrics. In 1988, IW expanded its operations and created a Microwave Products Division.
Today, IW Bayport designs and manufactures a wide range of cables to support demanding customer application specific requirements for high performance cable assemblies operating at frequencies up to 67GHz, across a range of diameters from .050″ to 0.500″ diameter. The Microwave Products Division, responsible for the sales of all microwave assemblies, is located in Bethel, CT. Both are ISO 9001:2015 certified with AS9100.

Based on the Pockels effect (interaction between an electric field and a laser beam), the non-perturbative optical technology of KAPTEOS is the result of fifteen years of research and development. Our award-winning technology allow to carry out interference-free and real-time electric field measurements with great accuracy in both vacuum, liquids, biological media and also under high voltage, high pressure, X-rays, gamma rays, i.e. usually referred to as harsh environment.
KAPTEOS probes are fully dielectric and embed a crystal which refractive index is modified with an applied electric field, thanks to the Pockels effect. A laser beam, passing through the crystal allows the optoelectronic converter eoSense to analyze this refractive index change and to deliver in real time and without any loss of information a voltage directly proportional to the measured component of the electric field vector.

IPP-RB403-100-0100
The IPP-RB403-100-0100 is an RF Feedback Resistor with a 15 Watt average power rating that operates from DC – 3000 MHz (DC – 3 GHz). It comes with two 100 ohm resistors per flange with a maximum capacitance of 0.75 pF and a DC blocking capacitance value of 100 pF. The resistor is mounted on a 0.225 x 1.140 x .375 inch flange.
These feedback resistors are designed to support wideband RF/Microwave solid-state transistor power amplifiers, which require positive feedback. Using negative resistive feedback is a simple way to improve transistor amplifier stability and frequency gain sloping.
